Power supply having multiple AC receptacles

A power supply 200 comprises a chassis 102, a plurality of AC power receptacles 104A (104B, Fig 2B) and a power supply circuit formed within the chassis and selectively coupled to the AC power receptacles. The AC power receptacles may be located on opposite faces of the power supply. A cover plate 202 and EMI gasket 204 may be provided to cover an unused power receptacle. Having power receptacles at various locations on the power supply allows the same power supply to be used in various applications. A plurality of such power supplies may be used in an electronic system 400 comprising electronic circuits and PCBs.
