The hearing aid (1) has a radio transmit/receive antenna (7) located close to a signal processing circuit (3). The first terminal of this circuit (3A) is connected to a wire loop (8) connected (2A) to the microphone (2) and to (6A) the battery (6). The second terminal (3B) of the signal processing circuit is connected to the second microphone (2B) and battery terminals (6B) and to a terminal (4B) of the loudspeaker (4). The other loudspeaker terminal (4A) is connected via a loop (9) to the first terminals of the microphone and battery.
