<p>1-Alkyl-3-alkylamino-5-aryl-pyrazolines; hypo- and hypertensives. Cpds. of formula : (where R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are each H, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, or alkoxy; R6= alkyl of 1-6C; R7 and R8 are each alkyl of 1-8C, H, aryl or aralkyl, but are not both H) and their acid- addition salts, are useful as regulators of arterial blood-pressure for treating hyper- or hypo-tension.</p> |
