A sprung detent ball 60 acts against the fitting 42 so that when the latter is rotated back to the position shown the ball 60 disengages the cartridges 16 from lips 40. The cartridges 16 are provided with clips to facilitate stacking. The handle 70 connected to shaft 72 beneath the frame 30 operates pinion 74 engaging a rack on the member 26. Detent member 80 acted upon by leaf-spring 62 only permits the member 26 to occupy indexed positions separated by a cartridge's width. The member 26 is held in contact with the frame 30 by guide fingers 32.
