The device (1) comprises a fixing mean (6) fixed with the inlet opening (3) in the housing (2) and provided with first restrained attaching means (7) for second attaching means (17) of a connection mean (8) fit for the flow connection of the fixing mean (6) to a duct (9) for a dynamic air intake. In a detached condition (S) of the connection mean (8) the device (1) is arranged to receive air with an incoming slight speed component. In a restrained condition (D) of the connection mean (8) to the fixing mean (6), the device (1) is arranged to receive air from a dynamic intake also with an important speed incoming component.
