<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dried laver product stuck with grain flour paste, delicious without discoloration and free from being transformed into an undesired form. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the dried laver product comprises making laver by straining from a suspended state, sticking with grain flour paste followed by peeling off a laver sheet body from a straining surface (screen or net surface), and then performing hot air drying or sun drying followed by peeling the dried laver product from the straining surface.
