The hatch has two handling bars (20, 21) to manually move two drawers (6, 7), respectively. Two lateral housings receive two locking ratchets (36, 37) mounted on both sides of lower ends (35) of the bars, respectively. The ratchets are stressed by compression springs. The ratchets cooperate with the lower ends when the bars are in inclined position, and cooperate with fastening units situated towards rear and front of a case (2).
