The base (2) has three tabs (6) which project outside of a circle corresponding to a circle defined by a circular opening (3) formed on a wall of a door (4) of an electrical network connection and meter box (5). The tabs are received in a recess (8) of corresponding protrusions (7) provided on the wall around the opening, for locking the base on the opening, by rotating the base around an axis of the opening.
