The case has a lower rigid frame (2) with three pairs of rings (14, 14`, 16, 16`, 17, 17`). A strap (20) is hooked on ends by a pair of rings (14, 14`), and a strap (21) is hooked diagonally on the rings (16, 17`) to pass as a shoulder-belt on a shoulder or around neck of a user to maintain the case open in work position. The strap (20) connects the rings (14, 17) and the strap (21) connects the rings (14`, 17`) to form a backpack. The strap (21) can connect the rings (16, 16`) to transport the case in closed state on the shoulder or around the neck of the user.
