<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sitting feeling of an occupant and to improve external appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In this seat belt device 10, a lap belt part 22B of a seat belt 22 is locked on a seat cushion 16 by a rerouting buckle 40 via a rerouting pad 32, a rerouted seat belt main body 36 and a rerouting tongue 38, and thereby pressure on the belly part of the occupant (a pregnant woman, in particular) 20 by the lap belt part 22B is reduced. This case is different from a case where the rerouting buckle 40 is arranged on a vehicle front side of a seat cushion 16 and exists in the crotch of the occupant 20 since the rerouting buckle 40 is mounted in the seat cushion 16.
