摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a prediction of order in a near future as a safe stock along with the required quantity when an orderer instructs production of components, so that even if a manufacturing site collectively produces the proper number of components, they do not become dead stock. <P>SOLUTION: When the components are repeatedly produced, a result of past acceptance of an order (A), an increase and decrease (B) in tendency of acceptance of the order, a frequency of past acceptance of the order (P), a manufacturing cost of the components (C), a material cost of the manufacturing costs (M), a modulus of a processing cost occupied to the manufacturing cost (Q), a preproduction time or preproduction coefficient (R), an automation level coefficient (S), a prediction value of the remaining lifetime of a final product (Z), a preproduction frequency control parameter (J), a parameter for controlling quantity of stock increase and decrease (K) are inputted into a computer through an input means. By the following formula: Y=[ä(R×P×J)÷C}+ä(A×B×P×Q×S×K)÷M}]×Z, the component proper quantity of stock (Y) which is safe quantity of stock of the components are obtained.
