PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a waste liquid cleaned by removing a metal element, by reducing the metallic element adsorbed by an adsorbent, by precipitating and removing most of the metallic element from the waste liquid in supercritical or subcritical state.
SOLUTION: The waste liquid, containing the metallic elements discharged from a reaction vessel 18 and dissolved from a specimen, is treated by supplying supercritical water or subcritical water of the predetermined temperature and pressure including the reagent, to the reaction vessel 18 for storing the test specimen containing the metallic elements. First, the temperature and pressure of the waste liquid are reduced to the predetermined temperature and pressure, and most of the metallic element dissolved into the waste liquid from the test specimen is deposited and precipitated, and is separated and removed from the waste liquid. Next, the temperature and the pressure of the waste liquid for removing most of the metallic elements are reduced to the room temperature and to the ordinary temperature, and a kind of metallic element remaining in the waste liquid is analyzed. The waste liquid is selectively made to flow to a plurality of adsorbing tanks 31 and 32, in response to the kinds of metallic elements remaining in the waste liquid, and the metallic elements in the waste liquid are adsorbed by the adsorbent in these selected adsorbing tanks 31 and 32.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
|
