PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal and exchange of a diode, when the diode breaks down in the package structure of the laser diode for exciting a laser crystal medium via an optical fiber. SOLUTION: The package of the laser diode comprises; a. a laser diode; b. microlens connected with the laser diode; c. the connection of the first side of a sapphire window having first and second sides with the microlens; and d. means for making receiving an optical fiber in a removable manner, by allowing the end face of the optical fiber to be brought into contact with the second side of the sapphire window.
