PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of crime generators, to promote social safe measures and environmental improvement and to contribute to the construction of bright society by establishing an integrated education guiding method (frontal lobe teaching method) for infants, children, young people, and adults at an early stage though it is not established yet at the present time as to an education guiding method which may be a "manual" for promoting "formation of good children and good people". SOLUTION: Advanced technology for strengthening the base of the cerebral cortex, promoting self-control, a sense of responsibility, judgment, patience, reason, etc. and creating many persons with a lot of common senses by letting people thoroughly know them by using a CD-ROM or a projector in an education field, a lecture meeting, various seminars, or the like is provided.
