PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof light window structure capable of reducing a material cost and a construction cost while having a heat ray shielding function and a light scattering function, etc. required for a roof light window and surely preventing the heat loss of an air-conditioning air and a condensation by exhibiting heat insulating action. SOLUTION: A window body 2 is directly fastened and fixed to a folded-plate roof material 1 by a window clamping structure. The window body 2 is formed as a multiple layer structure by an outer window plate 8 and an inner window plate 9, and an inside space S of a window accelerating heat insulation and light scattering is ensured between both window plates 8 and 9. The circumferential edges of the outer and inner window plates 8 and 9 facing the inside space S of the window are sealed with sealing materials 45 and 46, and the inside space S of the window is formed as an independent division of every outer and inner window plates 8 and 9.
