PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laying blocks for planting, which have extremely larger planting sections than those of conventional laying blocks for planting. SOLUTION: In the laying blocks for planting, a mid-feather wall is arranged by providing a soil dressing space in the rear of a front section, and a bracing tail is arranged by providing a concrete infilling space in the rear of the mid-feather wall. A mounting section for an outflow suppressing means 20 for suppressing the outflow of the soil dressing infilled in the soil dressing space 17 is provided between the front section 11 and the mid-feather wall 12, and a backward curved section 15 is provided in the lower position of the front section 11. The outflow suppressing means 20 comprises an outflow preventing member 21 which is arranged between the front section 11 and the mid-feather wall 12 so as to suppress the outflow of the soil dressing from the soil dressing space 17, and a connecting member 22 for connecting the outflow preventing member 21 to a block body so that the outflow preventing member 21 can be arranged in a prescribed position.
