PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical suction instrument, easily and surely fitting a balloon member. SOLUTION: This medical suction instrument 1 includes: a first container 2 having the expandable and contractile balloon member 21 in the interior and having a function of sucking body fluid by the expansion and contraction of the balloon member 21; and a second container 3 storing the body fluid, wherein the balloon member 21 is formed of a cylindrical elastic material, one end of which is an open end, the other end thereof is a closed end, and a flange-like projecting part is provided on the edge of the outer periphery of the open end.
