PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive applicator which is easy to use and can be simply held without damaging the spreading face of the applicator and soiling a finger. SOLUTION: An applicator device for a cosmetic product includes a backing sheet 20 in which at least one applicator 10 is cut or cut beforehand and which includes (a) a first face 21 which holds the cosmetic product at least at the whole or a part of the applicator and (b) a second face 22 which adheres to the whole or a part of the applicator, and a film 30 which extends over at least a part of the second face 22 coated with an adhesive, can be at least partially detached from the backing sheet, can access the applicator thereby, and the applicator can be lifted off by using an adhesive face.
