PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost towel rail easily attached even by an amateur without any trouble, never exposing a screw head to the outside, and having an expensive looking in the aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: An attachment bracket 20 of this towel rail A is integrally molded of a resin material and has a connecting tube part 22 concentrically erected from a disk part 21, the connecting tube part 22 is formed into a deformed tube shape having at least a reference face 22a formed of a plane on its outer circumference, the reference face of the connecting tube part is formed with an elastic plate piece 22b, and the upper end of the elastic plate piece is provided with a locking claw 22c projecting outward. The whole body of an external cap 30 is formed into an approximately hat shape matched with the external shape of the attachment bracket and comprising an annular flange part 31 and a tubular cap part 32 concentrically projecting from the annular flange part 31, and the tubular cap part is formed with a fitting hole 35 having the same deformed tubular hole shape for fitting the connecting tube part therein, and is provided with a latch hole 40 for locking the locking claw when the connecting tube part is fitted in the fitting hole.
