PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a great deal of negative ion effects and a great deal of infrared ray effects, provide thermo acupressure effect on a body, improve a heat insulating effect of a floor part and attain superior energy saving. SOLUTION: A negative ion generating floor section 6 is formed of upper/middle/lower three-layer laminated bodies. The upper layer floor section 7 is formed of concrete blocks containing negative ion generating materials having a high heat insulating performance, a plurality of vertically penetrating through-holes 23 are distributedly disposed thereon, body supporting members 27 composed of a plurality of negative ion generating materials are distributedly disposed on its upper face, and respective one parts are projected from the upper face. The middle floor part 8 is an accumulation body formed by accumulating a plurality of negative ion generating materials. The lower floor part 9 is formed of concrete containing the negative ion generating materials having high heat insulating performance and is provided with a hot water tube 12 for heating.
