PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush durability tester which can carry out a durability test for the brushes used for washing a rectangular parallelepiped washed object under similar conditions in actual use. SOLUTION: The brush durability tester 1 is provided with a brush holder 2 for holding a flat brush 3, a washed object support table 4 provided below the brush holder 2, a case clamping device for fixing the washed object on the washed object support table 4, a washing solution scattering nozzle 10 which sprays a washing solution to the washed object fixed on the washing object support table 4 with the case clamping device, a table drive mechanism 9 which drives and slides the washed object support table 4 horizontally to the brushing surface of the flat brush 3 held on the brush holder 2 and a brush position adjusting mechanism 15 which adjusts the vertical position of the flat brush 3 held on the brush holder 2.
