PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out objective announcement and confirmation of goal points on a back board. SOLUTION: At a goal board for a basket ball obtained by fitting a goal ring to the back board, a light-emitting belt 1 consisting of light-emitting parts 11, 12, 13 and 14 flickering a signal received from a control means 2 is provided on the back face of a white line belt formed at the edge of the back board. The light-emitting belt 1 flickers the light-emitting parts 11, 12, 13 and 14 based on a signal showing the goal points (2 points, 1 point or 3 points) received from the control means 2. The control means 2 can communicate with an electronic bulletin board 3 displaying scores and supplies a signal for adding the goal points to the scores to the board 3 when supplying a signal showing the goal points to the light-emitting belt 1.
