LAMINATED PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC ELEMENT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric ceramic element capable of using cheap internal electrodes in a manufacturing method whereby the laminated piezoelectric ceramic element is obtained.

SOLUTION: An internal electrode layer 3 whose main component is a noble metal or a base metal is interposed between two adjacent layers of a plurality of piezoelectric ceramics layers 2. The exposed portion of the internal electrode layer is connected electrically with an external electrode 4. Further, an intermediate layer 7 is so formed between the piezoelectric ceramic layer and the internal electrode layer as to relax the reaction of the internal electrode layer with the piezoelectric ceramics layer.
