CONFERENCE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference document management device, method and program for alleviating the burden on a person in charge by automatically setting and storing the confidence levels of documents created or used in a conference.

SOLUTION: A document-in-use monitoring device 11 monitors the documents created or used in a conference and a conference room environment monitoring device 12 monitors the physical state of equipment such as a blind 16 in the conference room that is intended to prevent information leaks about the documents. Based on the physical state of the equipment in the conference room monitored by the conference room environment monitoring device 12 when the documents are created or used, the confidence levels of the documents are automatically set in a manner that matches each document. A conference result output device 14 outputs the documents to a repository 20 that corresponds to the conference.
