<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller and its manufacturing method having superior roller performance such as accuracy and rigidity, capable of reducing its weight and cost, and being properly applied as various roller members in an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive roller comprises a roller main body 11 and an elastic layer held on an outer periphery of the roller main body 11. The roller main body 11 is composed of a plurality of members 100 longitudinally connected with each other. The members 10 are preferably mainly composed of a resin material and a conductive agent.
