<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well perform trial printing in a trial printing mode by performing printing on the basis of printing conditions for trial printing previously set separately from printing conditions set for a normal mode. <P>SOLUTION: The printing device performs printing on a recording paper fed from one paper feed tray selected from among a plurality of paper feed trays PT1 and PT2 on the basis of printing conditions, and has a mode control section (32) to select either a normal mode for printing on the basis of the printing conditions or a trial printing mode for printing on the basis of printing conditions which are changed at least in connection with the item for selecting a paper feed tray from among a plurality of items included in the printing conditions set for the normal mode for printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
