<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted luminaire capable of transmitting a control signal only when the visual field direction of a user is directed to an object desired by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting system of this application is mounted to the head of a user and adapted to illuminate a predetermined object desired by the user. The lighting system is characterized by comprising: a direction calculation means for calculating the visual field direction of the user; a determination means for comparing the visual field direction calculated by the direction calculation means with a target direction from the head of the user to the object to determine the positional relationship between the visual field direction and the target direction; and a control means for transmitting a control signal according to the determination result between the visual field direction and the reference direction in the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
