<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security in time of settlement in on-line shopping. <P>SOLUTION: A store server 1 establishing an on-line shopping site receives order information in the on-line shopping from a user terminal U connected via a network N, settlement information including a money amount required to a user operating the user terminal U is generated on the basis of the order information, and transmits the settlement information to a settlement server 2 connected via the network N. The user terminal U is connected to the settlement server 2.
