PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone apparatus for preventing positional deviation of a driver unit when a user wears the headphone apparatus and obtaining a light wearing sense. SOLUTION: In the headphone apparatus 1 including: the driver unit 2 abutted with the surface side of an ear shell 11; a connection part 8 one end of which is fitted to the driver unit; a folded part to which the other end of the connection part is connected; and a member interposed between the back side of the ear shell and a head part opposed to the rear side of the ear shell from a position corresponding to the upper part of the ear shell folded by the folded part; and an ear hook part 13 comprising the interposed member, the folded part, and the connection part 8 integrally formed by a synthetic resin, when the user wears the headphone unit, the ear shell is elastically clamped by the interposed member at the ear hook part and the driver unit.
