PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heater nozzle of a hot-air type soldering device wherein parts are removed (namely reworked) by soldering or melting a solder, and by which manufacturing cost can be reduced and complicated manufacturing work be also eliminated, and to provide a heater nozzle. SOLUTION: A resist film R1 is formed matching with the development die of a member to be punched out on both surfaces of a metal sheet M, a resist film R2 is formed to form a thin wall 51 for bending on one surface of the metal sheet M, and the metal sheet M wherein the resist films R1 and R2 are formed is chemically punched or cut by etching. The obtained sheet piece 50 is bent along the thin wall 51 for bending to make a bent body, and a plurality of bent bodies are assembled to form a heater nozzle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
