PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arcing horn capable of preventing screw bolt members from being loosened by reducing oscillation phenomenon. SOLUTION: An arcing horn comprises an horn body 23 formed as an oval frame that has a cutout portion 22 in one of long sides; a nearly crank-shaped connecting frame body 24 of which the both ends 28a, 28a are connected to both ends 30, 30 in the longitudinal direction of the horn body 23; and a supporting frame 25 that connects the middle portion 31 in the longitudinal direction of the connecting frame body 24 to the other long side middle portion 32 of the horn body 23. The connecting frame body 24 is disposed on a plane nearly perpendicular to a plane including the horn body 23, a fitting base 36 is mounted on the connecting portion of the connecting frame body 24 and the supporting frame 25, and the fitting base 36 is fixed to a yoke 17 that supports the insulator springs 1, 1 with the springs inserted in the horn body 23.
