PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection circuit which can detect a decrease in a supply voltage by a small number of elements. SOLUTION: The voltage detection circuit comprises a constant voltage generation circuit for generating, on the basis of the supply voltage and a standard voltage, a constant voltage less than the supply voltage, a switching element comprising a control electrode to which a fixed voltage is applied, an input electrode to which the supply voltage is applied and an output electrode to which the constant voltage is applied, and an output circuit which outputs one logical value through the actuation of the switching element when the difference between the supply voltage and the constant voltage is no less than a predetermined value and outputs the other logical value through the deactivation of the switching element when the difference between the supply voltage and the constant voltage is less than the predetermined value.
