PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference electromagnetic wave measuring device for measuring electromagnetic noise, in synchronization with a clock signal, even if a cable for fetching a clock signal is not used. SOLUTION: The interference electromagnetic wave measuring device comprises a plurality of measurement antennas 2, 4; a band-pass filter 3, a traverse 5, a digitizer 6 and a central control unit 7. In the interference electromagnetic wave measuring device, the electromagnetic noise of an analysis target 1 is detected by the measurement antenna 2, and the electromagnetic noise of the analysis target is detected by another measurement antenna 4 as a data-fetching trigger of the digitizer 6 through the bandpass filter 3 and is subjected to frequency analysis by the central control unit 7 via the digitizer 6.
