PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile covered by a replaceable film, preventing the film from being peeled off in use even if the adhesive force of the film is set weak, and having no problem in aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin tile comprises a tile base material 2 formed of an approximately rectangular flat plate, an adhesive layer formed on the upper surface of the tile base material 2, and a surface film or a surface sheet 3 peelably adhered to the front surface of the tile base material 2 through the adhesive layer 4. All end faces of the tile base material 2 form tilted surfaces 22 having upper surfaces tilted to the center of the tile base material on the end face upper parts thereof. The surface film or the surface sheet 3 is circumferentially extruded from the upper ends 23 of the tilted surfaces 22 of the tile base material 2 in the directly non-adhered state of the tile base material to the tilted surfaces 22, and positioned on the inner side of the lower ends 24 of the tilted surfaces 22 of the tile base material 2.
