PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a water supply control system capable of automatically calculating and setting optimum control inputs for operation points including a supply water injection point by simulating a water supply pipe network on the basis of real-time process data. SOLUTION: The water supply control system controls the control inputs for the plurality of supply water injection points of the water supply network having the supply water injection points. The system comprises a pipe network analyzing means for inputting the process data to a pipe network model constructed on the basis of data on the water supply pipe network to simulate the state of the water supply pipe network; a determination means for comparing the result of analysis by the pipe network analyzing means with a determination condition set to the above state on the basis of a water supply plan; and a fuzzy inference means for giving control input change information to the pipe network analyzing means on the basis of the determination result by the determination means.
