PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for installing an access heavy object such as an automobile in a base isolated building capable of suppressing the weight of an upper structure part, less restricted in planning, and capable of preventing the upper structure part from being movably twisted in earthquake by eliminating the movement of the gravity center position of the upper structure part due to the access of the heavy object such as the automobile thereto. SOLUTION: This system comprises a pit-in garage 6 and an increased weight moving means 7 for suppressing the movement of the gravity center position of the upper structure part moving a part or all of an weight amount increased by the parking of the automobile 5 on the pit-in garage 6 from the pit-in garage 6 side to the other and returning a weight amount decreased by the movement of the automobile 5 from the pit-in garage 6 to the pit-in garage 6 side by using the weight amount by the movement.
