PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card dispenser capable of issuing a large number of IC/magnetic cards, having a high maintainability, and requiring less maintainability frequency. SOLUTION: In this card dispenser, cards are pressed by a weight load at one end of a stocker body and discharged one by one by the driving of a rubber roller from a gate at the other end of the stocker body. The card dispenser comprises the rubber roller mounted on the bottom plate lower part of the stocker body and abutting on the lowermost surface of the IC/magnetic card through a cutout part of the bottom plate of the stocker body, a rubber roller shaft passed through the rubber roller, a movable plate mounted and rotatable on the rubber roller shaft, and a movable plate mounting shaft on which the movable plate is pivotally supported. The rubber roller is pressed, with a lower pressure than the weight load, by an energizing means such as a coiled spring through the movable plate from the lowermost surface of the IC/magnetic card, and the rubber roller is rotated by the drive means to roughly horizontally discharge the IC/magnetic card.
