PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the fluidity of a content at the inside bottom of a flexible container. SOLUTION: A supporting stand 39 comprising an injection tube cover 41 and a support top panel 42 with an opening 43 is provided around an injection tube 29 provided at the top end of a hopper. A group of pad plates 40a and a group of pad plates 40b which extend radially from the neighborhood of the opening 43 are provided being positioned at 180°opposite on the upper side of the panel 42 with the opening 43 as the center shifted 90°in the peripheral direction. The inner peripheral side end of the plates 40a, 40b are supported by a bracket 44 through a pivot 45 for the outer peripheral side end of them to vertically rotate by the telescopic motion of hydraulic cylinders 49a, 49b. In a condition where the main body 2 of a flexible container 1 whose discharge opening 4 is connected with an injection tube 28 is placed on the upper side of the plates 40a, 40b, and by rotating alternatively upward the group of the plates 40a and that of the plates 40b, the bottom of the container 1 is held and deformed for loosening and increasing the fluidity of its content.
