PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine which efficiently feeds a sufficient amount of cutting liquid to the tip of a cutter and a workpiece. SOLUTION: The workpiece 3 to be bored has a bush plate arranged in the vicinity thereof. The bush plate has inserted therein the entire body of a guide bush 2 for positioning a drill 6 thereto. The guide bush 2 has formed therein an insertion passage 13 of a drill 6 and a feed passage 15 which is inclined at predetermined inclinationsα,γand communicates with the drill insertion passage. The cutting liquid fed to the feed passage 15 flows via the feed passage 15 to be held in a drill groove 20 formed in the drill 6 rotating in the insertion passage 13. A sufficient amount of the cutting liquid is thereby fed to the tip 22 of the drill 6 and the workpiece, and the cutting liquid functions to lubricate and cool both the tip and the workpiece.
