PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper packing bag enabling a diaper for use of a late-month-old baby to be easily recognized from a display of the bag and capable of being simply manufactured at low costs. SOLUTION: The diaper packing bag refers to a packing bag 30 for packing a disposable underpants-style diaper for an at least-10-month-old baby as a target wearer. The bag 30 is provided with a target wearer figure display part 25 where one or at least two target wearer figures are mainly displayed on the surface. The display part 25 includes a character part 19 for displaying the target wearer not wearing in the bare diaper but wearing in clothes. The display part 25 is allotted to 60-90% of an approximately oblong area in an upper part of the bag 30 in the vacancy and the character part 19 is disposed near the vertical axis of the bag 30.
