PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional pruritus dissolving implement allowing even the elderly to easily and properly distinguishingly use functions of a back scratcher, shoulder tapping, and medicine application. SOLUTION: One end 1a of a rod-shaped body 1 of a predetermined length is provided with a pruritus part 3 formed with a plurality of projections 6 on a surface formed by cut off one face of an approximately spherical body into an approximately flat face in approximately parallel to the rod-shaped body axis, and a medical agent application part 5 provided with a shallow ringed recess part 4 or a plurality of recess parts 7 on a face formed by cut off the other face of the spherical body into an approximately flat face in approximately parallel to the rod-shaped body axis. The other end 1b of the rod-shaped body is attached with a circular column body 6 having one end formed into an approximately semispherical shape served for the shoulder tapping and the other end formed into a plane shape, and the plane shaped part is detachably attached with a cotton 10 with a medicine attached thereto or impregnated therewith by a ring body 11.
