The method involves determining a stage of a measured blood pressure based on a stand reference. The stage is displayed by flashing a preset number of blocks or a stage symbol, or a combination of the blocks and the symbol. Blocks that are operated to selectively flash are provided based on the stage. A preset sound or a preset vibration pattern or a combination of sound and pattern are generated to represent the stage. An independent claim is also included for a warning apparatus for an electronic manometer comprising a display.
