<p>A kit for the treatment of eye diseases which comprises (1) a pharmaceutical preparation for oral or percutaneous administration and (2) eye drops, the two preparations being used in combination, wherein the pharmaceutical preparation (1) for oral or percutaneous administration contains an ameliorant for lipid metabolism abnormality and the eye drops (2) contain one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of sexual steroid hormones clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, selective estrogen receptor modulators clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, etc. Also provided are eye drops for the treatment of eye diseases which contain one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of sexual steroid hormones clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, selective estrogen receptor modulators clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, nonfeminizing estrogens clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, hyperlipemia remedies clathrated with a cyclic dextrin, etc. Thus, a remedial effect far higher than those of conventional therapeutic agents for eye diseases can be obtained.</p> |
