摘要 FIELD: medicine; surgery; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for determination of degree of damage at different traumas, prolonged compression syndrome, bullet wounds. Bullet wound is inflicted on, weight of damaging element is registered as well as speed of running of bullet up and out of damaging element and time of existence of elastic deformation waves caused during braking of damaging element in tissues. Square under of module of elastic deformation waves curve is calculated. Volume Vd of damaged are is calculated by formula of Vd=m(V1 2-V2 2)t/2S(P). Volume Vtpc of temporal pulsing cavity is calculated from relation of Vtpc=2/3Vd. At Vd=0,0001 cubic meter the mechanical damage caused by bullet is estimated as slight one; at 0,0001 m3<Vd<0,0005m3 - as average damage; at0,0005m3<Vd<0,0022m3 the mechanical damage is estimated as heavy damage and at 0,0022m3<Vd as an extremely heavy one. Device for realization of method of estimation of degree of damage of biological object is described. Method and device allows complex estimating of degree of damage caused by bullet wound when taking space of damage and area of temporal pulsing cavity into account. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency. ^ 4 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex, 3 dwg
