FIELD: manufacture of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: raw mix is prepared by mixing cement, quartz sand, lime, suspension of aluminum powder and sludge from steamed waste of cellular concrete and quartz sand, wherein cement comprises sulfate-resistant Portland cement or mixture of 30-50% of Portland cement with 50-70% of sulfate-resistant Portland cement. Cement is preliminarily subjected to joint dry grinding with quartz sand and lime and above-mentioned sludge is obtained by joint wet grinding of steamed waste of cellular concrete and quartz sand. Method of fabricating cellular-concrete products consists of (i) preparing raw mix; (ii) pouring it into mold having on bottom of its pan firmly secured two transverse and one longitudinal ledges and having one more removable ledge; (iii) molding and aging body; (iv) canting body in the mold onto removable ledge; (v) dismantling mold; (vi) transportation of the body on removable ledge, used as pan; (vii) cutting the body into products, using for this purpose strings rotating around their axes at a speed of 1200-3000 rpm; and (iv) autoclave treatment of products. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of products, increased productivity of process, and simplified product fabrication procedure. ^ 2 cl, 2 tbl |
