<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of variation in the number of patients in a clinical test group, and to perform a series of execution of a clinical test protocol. <P>SOLUTION: This clinical test protocol execution system has a server 1, a center terminal 2, and a network 11 connecting a plurality of doctor terminals 3, 4, 5, etc. such that they can transmit information to each other. The center terminal 2 performs registration processing of the protocol defining execution contents of a clinical test. The server 1 practicably stores the registered clinical test protocol, transmits information necessary for execution processing of the clinical test protocol to the doctor terminals 3, 4, 5, etc. during the processing, links each decision result to an electronic medical chart, and manages it. The doctor terminal 3, 4, 5, etc. decides a patient registration condition, randomly extracts a patient-to-test group and determines it, determines examination schedule and updates it, refers to the already registered clinical test protocol, and performs medical treatment decision by each group to perform the execution processing of the clinical test protocol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
