<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street value evaluation system capable of reducing an amount of manual information input and calculating a street value on the basis of a consistent criterion by equipping a processing configuration capable of automatically calculating and specifying a range of a street section corresponding to each street or use corresponding to each the street, and to provide a street value evaluation program used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is made to realize: a street section division function P3 dividing street section polygon data c extracted from map data a into a plurality of division street sections 58 contacting with each the street 30; a use specification function P6 referring to lot use data f showing use of each lot, totaling the number of houses or area of land provided for common use in the division street section 58, and specifying the use of the houses occupying the largest number of the houses or the land occupying the largest area as the use of the division street section 58; and a street value calculation function P10 calculating the street value of the street 30 contacted with the division street section 58 on the basis of the use of the division street section 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
