LIQUID CRYSTAL LASER MARKER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal laser marker which employs an optical system realizing printing in a wide range using a small polarization beam splitter nonetheless can keep satisfactory contrast even in the outer circumferential part of a printed pattern.

SOLUTION: As a means of restraining difference in irradiation laser power density between a printed part and a background part becoming smaller as a mark drawn on a work 22 comes from the inner circumferential part to the outer circumferential part, a concave lens 19 is provided on an optical path through which laser light passed through an element composing a liquid crystal face reaches the polarization beam splitter 20.
