<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing sheet capable of condensing light entering from a light source, and easily, safely, and surely manufacturable, a surface light source device, and a manufacturing method of the condensing sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent layer 33 bonded to the entrance plane 32a of a light guide part 32 having a unit shape with an almost trapezoidal cross-section and disposed so as to cover the air gap part S is provided. A reflective layer 34 to reflect light entering toward the air gap S is provided on this transparent layer 33.
