<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition and its manufacturing method wherein connection status of a wire connection component can be maintained good, and the ignition can be manufactured simply. <P>SOLUTION: In the ignition 1, a cylinder 2 and an ignitor 3 are installed, the ignitor 3 is arranged in an ignitor arrangement recess 25 formed in an longitudinal end of the cylinder 2, and the inside of the ignitor arrangement recess 25 is filled with insulating resin 5. In the ignitor 3, a circuit board 31 and a connector terminal 32 are connected with the wire connection component 33, and the circuit board 31 and the wire connection component 33 are embedded in the insulating resin 5. The holder 4 of the ignitor 3 is provided with a bottom 41 on which the circuit board 31 is arranged, a connector arrangement side wall 42 wherein upright formation is performed from the bottom 41, and a pair of flow regulation side walls 43 which are formed on portions positioned at right and left of the wire connection component 33 and can regulate flow of the insulating resin 5 when the filling of the insulating resin 5 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
